Treasurer’s Office: Effective immediately through Monday, April 6, 2020 the Treasurer’s Office will be closed on campus. Basic financial functions of the University will continue online to the extent possible. Treasurer’s Office personnel will monitor voicemail and email for student inquiries and respond accordingly. Any student credit requests from ACCESS and graduate students will be processed when the office is permitted to open. Invoices and check requisitions should be held until the office reopens. Bank of America credit card statements should be held until we return. Individuals should review their March statements on-line when they become available to ensure there is no fraudulent activity. TD credit card statements should continue to be processed through the on-line website.
Mailroom: Effective immediately through Monday, April 6, 2020 the mailroom will be closed on campus. However, the mailroom will continue to receive mail from the Center Valley, PA post office. Margaret Huber, mailroom supervisor, will notify Mike Sweetana, director of finance, on the volume of mail received for the Treasurer’s, Institutional Advancement and Enrollment Management Offices. Arrangements will be made for delivery of mail for the aforementioned areas to a contact person for each office.
