This guide contains information on when the Help Desk should be contacted vs. when DEIT should be contacted, tips for getting issues resolved efficiently with the Help Desk, and the method for providing feedback on the Help Desk. The DEIT Instructor Help Desk Guide can be found on the Resources tab in Blackboard, on our website under “Helpful Links” on the top menu, and in the DEIT Faculty Community in Blackboard (all faculty are automatically enrolled in this organization in Blackboard).
