Your rental books are due back to the campus bookstore, in-person (if available) or shipped via UPS or FEDEX by your rental due date.<\/p>\n<p>Rental due dates:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Undergrad\u2014December 7, 2020<\/li>\n<li>Access\u2014December 14, 2020<\/li>\n<li>Grad\u2014December 21, 2020<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><b>In-Person Returns<\/b><\/h3>\n<p>If your campus bookstore is open to the public before or on your rental due date, you may return your rentals to the store. Please visit <a href=\"http:\/\/www.desalesshop.com\">desalesshop.com<\/a> for the latest hours and rental return information.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"x_MsoNormal\"><b>Shipping Rentals Back to Store<\/b><\/h3>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\">You may ship your rentals using the shipping carrier of your choice. Shipping is at your expense. We recommend selecting a trackable service.<\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\"><b>Important<\/b>: to ensure your rental returns are correctly processed to your rental account, follow the steps below to generate your rental packing slip. Your packing slip is crucial to include in your box \u2013 it identifies you, what you\u2019re returning, and where to send your rentals.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Sign in to <a href=\"http:\/\/www.desalesshop.com\">desalesshop.com<\/a>, using the email you used to rent. If you haven\u2019t set up a password, click \u201cForgot Password?\u201d to reset. Then click My Account &gt; Rentals.<\/li>\n<li>Upon sign in, you will be directed to the \u201c<b>Rentals<\/b>\u201d page in \u201cMy Account.\u201d<\/li>\n<li>Scroll down to view <b>Rental History<\/b>. Click the \u201c<b>Return by Mail<\/b>\u201d button (or \u201cReturn All Rentals by Mail\u201d link), a pop up will open.<\/li>\n<li>Follow the steps to <b>print your packing slip<\/b>. Print 2 copies, one to go in your box, the other to take to your shipping carrier as it has the store address.<\/li>\n<li>Take note of your tracking # (if provided by the carrier).
