The bouncy house will re-open on Aug. 15, at noon.\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Lectures, events, performances:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Please include the name, date, time, brief description, and who to contact with questions.<\/li>\n<li>If you have a non-copyrighted picture of the event that contains zero text, please include it as an individual attachment and we may use it. (<strong>JPEG, PNG only<\/strong>. No Microsoft Word or PDF files will be accepted)<\/li>\n<li>Ex: \u201cOn Tuesday, Aug. 14, 2021, we will be hosting a tea party in the DUC at 7PM. There will be cake and other delicious treats. Please email <a href=\"mailto:JaneDoe@DeSales.edu\">JaneDoe@DeSales.edu<\/a> with any dietary restrictions or questions.\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Let\u2019s Connect:\u00a0<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>This new section will highlight trends, interesting student\/faculty\/staff projects, career journeys, achievements, \u201cDay in the life of a (insert major or role), blog posts\u201d campus history., etc. Please note, that due to the nature of these posts, some may have to be approved by management prior to publication.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Each post must contain a non-blurry <strong>JPEG or PNG photo<\/strong>\u00a0attached as an original file via email (not in a word document or PDF)\n<ul>\n<li>We cannot accept images containing text overlays due to accessibility requirements.<\/li>\n<li>No copyrighted images or Clip Art will be accepted.<\/li>\n<li>Please take photos with a decent quality camera such as an iPhone.<\/li>\n<li>Maximum photo width is 600 pixels.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Each post must contain a description which is\u00a0<strong>140 Characters Maximum.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>We\u00a0<strong>cannot guarantee timing<\/strong>\u00a0of when posts will appear in the newsletter.<\/li>\n<li>The post can be as simple as the photo and description, or it can be a blog-style post linked from the\u00a0<strong>required description<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>If you are submitting a post on someone else\u2019s behalf (Ex. A student), you must submit in writing that they consent to their post being used in our newsletter and website (an email, uploaded note, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Be sure to include the class year and major of students and alumni (ex. Jane Doe\u201920)<\/li>\n<li>If you have an idea for a post for this section, please do not hesitate to reach out with questions.<\/li>\n<li>We reserve the right to accept or decline posts according to what is most appropriate for the intended audience and management approval.<\/li>\n<li>Ex. \u201cPictured here, Professor Plum has published his research on libraries in historic mansions.
