{"id":53967,"date":"2025-05-08T01:55:01","date_gmt":"2025-05-08T05:55:01","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/wp.desales.edu\/dsu-daily\/?p=53967"},"modified":"2025-05-07T14:54:21","modified_gmt":"2025-05-07T18:54:21","slug":"free-physical-therapy-clinic-volunteer-clients-wanted-5","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/wp.desales.edu\/dsu-daily\/2025\/05\/08\/free-physical-therapy-clinic-volunteer-clients-wanted-5\/","title":{"rendered":"Free Physical Therapy Clinic\u2013Volunteer Clients Wanted"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Volunteer clients are needed for a free physical therapy clinic. <\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Who:\u00a0<\/span><\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Individuals experiencing pain, loss of motion, and function as a result of osteoarthritis, low back or neck pain, spinal stenosis, rotator cuff tear, repetitive motion injury, or other musculoskeletal conditions.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Those who have no insurance benefits, cannot afford co-payments for PT, or\u00a0 have reached your therapy cap but still have a way to go to get back to full function.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">What:\u00a0<\/span><\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Physical therapy services will be provided by students from the DeSales University Doctor of Physical Therapy Program under the supervision of the PT faculty from the program, free of charge, during the clinic periods below.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">When\/where:<\/span><\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Fridays, June 6 \u2013 July 25:<\/span><\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Health and Technology Center, Good Shepherd Allentown campus.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong><em><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">12:30PM<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u2013<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">3:30PM<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">.<\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Community Wellness and Physical Therapy Clinic, DeSales University.<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><em><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">2:30PM<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u2013<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">4PM<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">.<\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Pre-registration is required.
