Faculty/Staff: Recognize Your Colleagues with a Bulldog “Bark Out”
Has someone brightened your day? The simple gesture of giving a shout out, or a “bark out,” as we should say at DeSales, is a great way to recognize your colleagues for their work, talent, and demonstration of our Salesian values. Every day we witness those little actions that contribute to creating a culture that demonstrates appreciation, community, and kindness as key values.
If there is someone you would like to express gratitude to for a job well done, or an act which made your job easier, send them a “Bark Out!”
Simply fill out the Bulldog Bark Out form on MyDSU. The recipient will receive a special “Bark Out” that they can hang in their office. Also, at the end of each month, “Bark Outs” will be announced on the DSU Daily.
