Dinner:

- Bistro: Chicken Coconut Curry, Garden Vegetable Pasta Bake, Fried Pork Chops with Country Gravy, Balsamic Roasted Zucchini, Cilantro Lime Brown Rice, Cous Cous Primavera, Steamed Broccoli with Carrots & Red Peppers
DUC Late Night Menu (8PM – 10PM Daily):
- Whole Pizzas or Slices (Cheese, Pepperoni, Specialty Pizza), Mozzarella Sticks, French Fries, Traditional Wings (Hot, BBQ), Chicken Tenders, Mac & Cheese (Weekly Topping Available)
