Lunch:

• Bistro: Chicken Burrito, Rigatoni with Parsley, Spicy Italian Artesian Melt, Roasted Smokey Potato Wedges, Sautéed Zucchini with Red Onions, Spanish Rice, Steamed Peas & Carrots

Dinner:

• Sauté: Ramen Noodle Bar
• Bistro: Cheese Lasagna, Roasted Turkey Breast, Spinach Parmesan Crusted Tilapia, Chive & Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Maple Glazed Brussels Sprouts, Stuffing

DUC Late Night Menu (8PM – 10PM Daily):

• Whole Pizzas or Slices (Cheese, Pepperoni, White), Mozzarella Sticks, French Fries, Traditional Wings (Hot, BBQ), Chicken Tenders, Mac & Cheese (Sausage Mac & Cheese Topping available)
