Better than revenge? Shakespeare will be the judge!
This summer, Trexler Library is highlighting how revenge takes center stage in three Pennsylvania Shakespeare Festival plays—”Hamlet,” “Timon of Athens,” and “Rosencrantz and Guildenstern are Dead.” Whether being haunted by dead fathers, backstabbed by friends, or chronically confused within someone else’s revenge plot, these stories prove that what goes around definitely comes around and someone just may end up dead in the process.
