Veteran and Military-Connected Students: Complete Your Forms
All students using VA Education Benefits, Military Tuition Assistance, EAP, or the DeSales Veterans Discount must complete and submit the DeSales VA Course Enrollment Certification form each semester.
- Not using benefits this semester? You are still required to submit the form and select “No” under the “Certify this semester” section.
- Adding or dropping courses? You must also submit a Change of Course Enrollment Certification form.
- Upload all completed forms to the DeSales Web Advisor Self-Service Portal.
