Campus Environment Maintenance Request System Migration
The Campus Environment Department has migrated to a new maintenance request platform called Asset Essentials. Please visit www.desales.edu/workrequest and authenticate to create your new account.
The fastest way to process your maintenance requests is to use the online request form. You may also call ext. 3789 (DSUW) or email dsuwork@desales.edu and one of our staff members will be happy to assist you.
Please note, any open maintenance requests that existed in the old system were migrated to the new system. However, you will not be able to see your old maintenance requests in your new Asset Essentials account. There is no need to recreate old requests in your new account. Our technicians have your requests and will continue to work on them.
