Free Physical Therapy Clinic–Volunteer Clients Wanted

Volunteer clients are needed for a free physical therapy clinic.

• Who: 
  • Individuals experiencing pain, loss of motion, and function as a result of osteoarthritis, low back or neck pain, spinal stenosis, rotator cuff tear, repetitive motion injury, or other musculoskeletal conditions.
  • Those who have no insurance benefits, cannot afford co-payments for PT, or  have reached your therapy cap but still have a way to go to get back to full function. 
• What: 
  • Physical therapy services will be provided by students from the DeSales University Doctor of Physical Therapy Program under the supervision of the PT faculty from the program, free of charge, during the clinic periods below.
• When/where:
  • Fridays, June 6 – July 25:
    • Health and Technology Center, Good Shepherd Allentown campus.
    • 12:30PM–3:30PM.
  • Community Wellness and Physical Therapy Clinic, DeSales University.
    • 2:30PM–4PM.

Pre-registration is required. Please specify that you are scheduling at one of the “ortho” clinics.
