Do Not Be Alarmed: CrimeFITE Flash Bang Scheduled for 6/16

DeSales University is proud to host the Officer Petzold Foundation’s Forensic Investigator Training Experience. On Monday, June 16, 2025, from 9:45AM-noon, the Lehigh County Municipal Emergency Response Team will perform an equipment demonstration outside of Dooling Hall. The demonstration will include the use of a “flash bang,” which emits several loud pops and flashes of light. The area will be secured by law enforcement before the demonstration and members of the University Community should not be alarmed by this planned event.  

This is done in coordination with the Upper Saucon Township Police Department.
