Preston Lane will continue to have intermittent construction delays and full closures for the installation of the Rail Trail pedestrian bridge. The next full closure is tentatively scheduled for Tuesday, Oct. 29, Wednesday, Oct. 30, and Thursday, Oct. 31. There will also be a final closure in mid-November. Between now and the end of the year, there may also be delays
