5/31: Highmark Walk for a Healthy Community
The Highmark Walk for a Healthy Community is on May 31, 2025, at DeSales University in the Conmy Tocik parking lot. This event aims to raise funds for local nonprofits, promoting community health and wellness.
The physician assistant student-run free clinic will be in attendance, raising money to support the DeSales University Free Clinic held Tuesday and Thursday evenings in the Allentown Rescue Mission. The money raised will go toward the gentlemen we serve who are experiencing homelessness. It will supply medications and help pay for supplies and costs for the care of individuals.
Registration begins at 7:45AM, with the 5K walk starting at 9AM and the one-mile fun walk following at 9:15AM. Participants can join in the walk to support local health initiatives while making a meaningful contribution to their community.
